Sacco Lyofast MWO 030 - 1UC - Fresh Cheeses



Perfect for Cheddar, Lyofast MWO 030 consists of specifically selected strains of Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, and Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris. Lyofast MWO 030 is a mesophilic culture that ensures a uniform and controlled production of fresh cheese, soft cheese, semi-hard cheese, hard cheese. All SACCO culture are freeze-dried and can be added directly to the milk without any further reproduction.
