Mesophilic culture suitable for, but not limited to: Buttermilk, Cream Cheese, Crème Fraiche, Gorgonzola, Muenster, Sour Cream, Stilton, Tilsit, Gouda, Edam, Manchego, Feta, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Blue, Colby.
Yield: Each packet will yield 8 batches using ¼ tsp per 4 to 12 litres of milk.
Directions: Add to your milk at the proper temperature when recipe calls for adding starter culture.
