Cheese Wrap - Double Ply White Wrap
When you make brie or camembert, you'll need this type of cheese wrap. It's ideal because it is perforated, so it lets your cheese breathe. You can't make a good brie without it.
It also can be used for Crottin and Tomme style cheeses. Any cheese that has a delicate rind formation that requires humidity and protection for a delicate rind.
