HOLDBAC YM-B Plus
Description: Holdbac inhibits undesired microorganisms in a biological way eg: yeasts, moulds and heterofermentative lactobacilli. This culture has slow and low acidification forming lactic acid of the L(+) type, acetic acid and propionic acid. Furthermore, small amounts of other acids as well as diacetyle are formed.
Culture Storage: 18 months from date of production at temperatures below 4°C (39°F).
