This is a culture specifically designed for Feta or any salted white cheese. It has medium to fast acidifying culture without citrate fermentation especially for the production of Feta and salted white cheese. It forms lactic acid. Due to the addition of Lb. Bulgaricus and Lb. helveticus, it shows a higher proteolytic activity than purely mesophilic cultures which aids in improving the taste of the mentioned types of cheese.
Storage: 18 months from date of production at temperatures below 4°C (39°F).
